Shipping Policy

All SELATI pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be crafted and shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for $15. All orders are shipped fully insured for the declared value of the piece.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production begins, orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@selatistudio.com and we will remake it.
