Shipping Policy
Ready to Ship pieces ship within 5 business days of purchase. Made to Order pieces are made for you: please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase, or 4–5 weeks for pieces with diamonds. Each product page shows which applies to the piece you've selected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for $15. All orders are shipped fully insured for the declared value of the piece. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the piece has not shipped. After that, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@selatistudio.com and we will repair or remake it.
